Make a difference. Every day.
Are you a doctor with a strong interest in general medicine? Are you looking for a workplace where you can be part of a well-functioning team with a positive work climate and a good working environment? Then you should not hesitate to apply to us at Rydebäck Health Center! Two of our specialists will have a small part of their position in side assignments, which gives us the opportunity to offer a vacant position with us.
We are a health care unit with 7,500 registered patients, located in the beautiful area of Rydebäck by the sea, on the border between Helsingborg and Landskrona. You can easily get here by train, bus, car, or on the magical bike path that exists both from Landskrona and Helsingborg.
We are a team of 35 dedicated employees from various professions, working together towards the goal of becoming Skåne’s best health center. We have several well-functioning clinics, including physiotherapy with a gym, a psychologist, and a popular Child Health Center (BVC) for families with children. We are also responsible for a new modern special accommodation (SÄBO). We believe that the key to our success is that we work in teams around our patients and offer good care and high accessibility via phone, 1177, and both digital and physical meetings. All our patients have a named doctor and an associated team. Vision and goals are set together, and in the past year and moving forward, we have many exciting projects, all to offer the best possible care to our patients.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
At the health center, there is currently a double specialist (geriatrician/general practitioner), seven specialist doctors in general medicine, two ST doctors, and AT doctors. In addition, we have four doctors who regularly come in for hours. We have doctors who work specifically with both SÄBO and home health care who can offer home visits regularly. In your role as a specialist doctor, you will work with both planned and acute outpatient work. There is an opportunity to specialize in certain areas such as Asthma/COPD, diabetes, or child health care. We also have the opportunity to welcome you as a specialist doctor who wishes to further educate yourself as a double specialist and also become a general specialist.
We work in a team-based manner to create a better patient flow and a developing work environment. You will be part of a team with general nurses, specialist nurses (such as district nurses, diabetes nurses, asthma/COPD nurses), nursing assistants, psychologists, rehabilitation coordinators, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and secretaries. Teamwork will be an important factor moving forward to provide the best possible care.
In your role as a doctor with us, you will receive good conditions, an exciting everyday life where you feel that you make a difference for the patients, your development, and for your colleagues. We invest in continuing education and skills development and wish for you to share your knowledge with other employees and supervise medical students and training doctors. Additionally, improvement work is an important component to be able to offer high medical quality with good resource utilization. With us, you will have the opportunity for significant influence in your work.
